At My Anytime Fitness, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
